I'm most at peace in nature and community. Bonus points if it's at the same time.

Movement has been a key pillar in my life. I've being doing yoga for nearly a decade and experienced firsthand the power of mindful movement...not just for physical strength, but also for mental clarity and emotional balance. While living in Scottsdale, AZ I completed my 200-hour RYT certification with Awakening Sol, a program focused on teaching and creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyBODY.
