It’s common to hear “I’m not flexible enough” or “I don’t like doing this pose” yet one of my favorite things to do is be creative in a way that gets everyone involved and feeling good…. Including bringing in props!

Yoga is soooo much more than what it looks like or about specific poses, it’s about bringing intention into movement, reconnecting with our breaths, and uniting with our centers, whatever that may mean to you!

Second Saturdays at @wiseacreeatery was a *chef’s kiss* start to the weekend! We spent a few moments reflecting on what makes us feel most alive before moving our bodies together. ✨

Not this tree though, we’re friends 🥲

I read a book recently that made me look at trees soooo differently. “Why can’t we be more like trees” by Judith Polich depicts the rich community and language trees have. They help each other heal by sharing nutrients in their root systems, send each other warning signals, and work in harmony with the ecosystem around them…

so yea, it had me asking why can’t we be more like trees!!

Check this book out and if you’ve read it, what was your biggest take away???
