About the event
This all-levels gentle yoga flow focuses on releasing tension, improving mobility, and calming the nervous system so you can move into Monday feeling more centered and at ease.
Please bring your own yoga mat + a water bottle! If you'd like to sauna after class, bring a swimsuit + towel. Saunas are available for use for up to 2 hours post class.
