The sunshine shifting throughout the class, the little squirrel in the tree snacking on acorns, the planes overhead, the sauna heating up behind us….

all are things I noticed as we mindfully moved our way through golden hour 🌞🌅

Yoga outside feels like an invitation to really practice the parts of yoga outside of asana. I love looking up at the sky and remembering we’re all a piece that which is bigger than us.

There was an amazing stillness we found even with the city noises of Nicollet ave buzzing beside us.

Getting to walk off our mats and into the lovely sauna of @superiorsaunas certainly made it a unqiue evening!!

Where have you rolled out a mat that isn’t a yoga studio?
